Located in a commercial context of low aesthetic value and abuse of public space, this mixed-use building takes up elements of local popular architecture such as the portico, the brick latticework, the abundant vegetation, the patio and the wooden walls translated into a contemporary language that questions its environment about its development trends and invites us to review the aesthetic and social possibilities of local architecture.
