Architects Puerto Vallarta
WHO ARE
WE?
We are a group of architecture and urban planning professionals with a strong commitment and sensitivity to the environment, society, and culture.
P20 is short for Paralelo 20°, which is the latitude of Puerto Vallarta, where we reside. For us, it is a reminder that architecture should be designed for a specific location and not import solutions or styles that are fashionable elsewhere.
In our designs, we translate cultural processes from specific contexts into livable and sustainable aesthetic spaces and territories.
We approach architecture as the dynamic point of encounter and balance between nature and everyday human life, capable of raising awareness and spirit toward understanding the inseparable interdependence of both as a condition for passing on this world to future generations.
ARCHITECTURE
We design and build living spaces with a contemporary language in constant dialogue with their physical, natural, and symbolic context. We create attractive and honest spaces, free from fads and decorative, formal, or technological excesses. We design with light, nature, and time. We design for living beings, and that is why our buildings are alive.
CITY
Through design, we add aesthetic value to the city, improve its efficiency, connect it, make it more comfortable and enjoyable, create spaces for coexistence, and restore the well-being of living in nature without losing the benefits of being in the city.
An important part of our work is dedicated to identifying complex problems that are not being addressed in the city. We propose solutions, identify actors, and obtain resources to generate processes that are sometimes critical, sometimes formative, sometimes physical, but always transformative of our daily reality
REAL ESTATE
DEVELOPMENT
The combination of our work in architecture and urban planning allows us to produce high-value real estate projects with warm, friendly, functional, and durable designs, aligned with efficient financial structures and, at the same time, with high environmental and social respect.
We seek to ensure that our projects generate value through integration and improvement of the context in which they are developed. We understand that a new development is not isolated from its neighbors or its environment and that it will generate impacts that we must minimize while ensuring that we improve the quality of life and landscape of those who share the territory as much as possible, so that development is not limited to what is inside, but rather the richness of the lives of those who inhabit it extends to its context.
